With the contribution of the Polselli flour mill and the Italian baker Giullio Scappatizi, Assos Food Solutions revealed to us the secrets of the authentic Italian pizza, fagacas and fresh handmade pasta.
Working with CARDINAL S.A. company and chef Mrs Lila Kourti we have created and tasted 9 Japanese desserts for each menu, using simple ingredients.
